ABSL always develop and maintain an active and close working relationship with their customers, particularly in the early phases of a project to ensure the customer requirements are fully understood and implemented in the most cost effective and efficient manner.

This philosophy has led to the award of master supplier status on several ESA programs. This relationship also ensures that the flexibility the design concept offers is fully benefited by the customer during the design phase to optimize the spacecraft system.

A close working relationship with customers, whether new or returning customers, makes the management of customer satisfaction that much easier. ABSL therefore welcomes the customer’s involvement to whatever degree the customer is happy with in the design, development and production phases of its work.
